I am Yashwant Sarswat, a certified fitness trainer with more than three years of professional experience. I have completed a Course in Yogic Studies from the renowned Bihar School of Yoga.
As a Movement, Meditation, and Nutrition Coach, my aim is to guide individuals toward sustainable health, inner awareness, and mindful living through yoga.
